When I arrived I asked the front desk for a cup of water after check-in, although, they refused. Then I was waiting for the appointment for around 40 minutes - I arrived on time, so I should not have waited that long. After about 30 minutes of waiting I had to beg the nurse to bring me a glass a water . I don’t get it, it’s a medical office, how come you don’t have a cooler or bottled water for patients? And how can you refuse when you keep people waiting for 30-40 minutes before the appointment actually starts?
